Briefvoice for law firms in Ukraine

Behind every enquiry is a person.

We are building an AI assistant for the first conversation with a client. So your team gets the essentials, and the person knows what comes next.

Preparing for a pilot. Legal decisions stay with your team.

A person tells their story. The essentials stay.

A fictional conversation and an example summary. This is how we are designing initial client intake for the upcoming pilot.

Conversation excerpt
Client
“I need help with inheritance formalities. I don't know where to start.”

Could you tell me which documents you already have and what you would like to clarify at the first consultation?

Client

“I want to understand which documents to prepare. I can discuss the remaining details with a lawyer.”

Next step for the team

Review the summary, confirm contact details and arrange a conversation with a lawyer.

A lawyer checks the facts, clarifies the details and decides on the next step.

A person's story deserves to be heard. Beyond taking a number.

Clients do not always know the name of their legal problem. They tell a story. We are designing Briefvoice to preserve the facts, the request and a clear next step within that story.

The team is busy

A client meeting or court hearing leaves no time for a new call. The pilot scenario: collect initial details so the team can follow up.

Enquiries after hours

Legal questions come up in the evening, too. We want to test how the assistant can handle initial enquiries outside office hours.

A story without structure

Dates, events and emotions overlap in conversation. The aim is to capture the essentials in a short summary for a lawyer to review.

Preparing for a pilot

Support at the first step. Responsibility stays with your team.

No legal conclusions

The assistant's purpose is initial information gathering. Assessing the case and advising the client remain the lawyer's responsibility.

Room for review

AI can make mistakes. The summary should be a working draft that your team checks and adds to.

Agreed rules

Before handling real enquiries, AI disclosure, data processing, access and retention periods need to be defined.

What to know before getting started

We are preparing a demo and testing telephony. The pilot will help us understand where the assistant supports your team and which enquiries need a person from the start.

Can we start using Briefvoice now?

Not yet. We are preparing a demo and testing telephony. A launch date and terms of access have not been announced.

Does the assistant replace a lawyer or an administrator?

We are designing a support tool for initial client intake. It is not intended to provide legal advice, assess the prospects of a case or make decisions for the team.

Will it integrate with our CRM?

The list of integrations has not been defined yet. During the pilot, we will need to agree on how the team receives and reviews information.

What about the confidentiality of enquiries?

Before a pilot with real data, we need to agree on processing, access and storage arrangements. At this stage, we do not ask you to send case materials or personal data through the website.

How much will the service cost?

Pricing and pilot terms have not been announced yet. We will publish them once we have defined the scope of the service and how to participate.
